SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS

CSSA Athletics Events 2026 for Meet Manager T&F – do not unzip file when downloading

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place Attachments on desktop – do not try to unzip files

2. Open Meet Manager T&F program

3. File: Restore: Unzip, copy data base to a selected folder, & open new data base

4. Also tick – Rename data base    ie. “school name” Prim or Sec School Ath Carnival 2026

5. Open attached file which should be on your desk top ie. Tfmm5bkupCSSAPrimAthEvents2026-01.zip

6. Select folder you wish to save the unzipped database which is called CSSAPrimAthEvents2026.mdb

7. Set-up: Meet Set-up  Rename the Meet Name to your school athletics carnival 2026

You now should have a new database opened which contains the CSSA Prim or Sec Athletics Events 2026

RUNNING ORDER OF EVENTS:  ie. event number

The order of the events is based on the Primary or Secondary State Athletics Carnival

You can change the event numbers  BUT  PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE NAME OF THE EVENTS

THEY MUST REMAIN THE SAME SO THAT WHEN YOU SEND YOUR TEAM LIST THROUGH TO YOUR ZONE CONVENOR EVENTS WILL MATCH UP CORRECTLY
